Generally most residential real estate transactions include a home inspection. Considering the costs involved with the transaction of real estate, it is not difficult to see why an inspection is money well spent. Usually once a buyer has placed an offer on a home it will be conditional upon a few key items, one of them normally being a home inspection. Once the inspection is performed, a report is delivered to the client for review. Our thorough pre-purchase inspection checks everything from top to bottom in the home. Clients can also choose to upgrade their inspection to include an infrared thermal imaging scan.
