A basic inspection consists of:

· A visual inspection of the home or building to identify the possible causes or sources of excess moisture
· Two surface samples of any suspected mould are taken and delivered to an accredited lab for identification
· A written report which includes digital photos of problem areas, recommended course of action to remediate any mould,   and lab results

An intermediate inspection consists of:

· A visual inspection of the home or building to identify the possible causes or sources of excess moisture
· Two surface samples of any suspected mould are taken and delivered to an accredited lab for identification
· Three air samples are taken using a specialized sampling pump and cassettes to trap any mould spores and are delivered to an accredited lab for identification and quantification · A written report which includes digital photos of problem areas, recommended course of action to remediate any mould, and lab results

A complete inspection consists of: 

· A visual inspection using thermal imaging to identify possible hidden sources of excess moisture that would otherwise be unseen by the naked eye
· Two surface samples of any suspected mould are taken and delivered to an accredited lab for identification
· Three air samples are taken using a specialized sampling pump and cassettes to trap mould spores and are delivered to an accredited lab for identification and quantification
· A written report which includes digital and thermal images of problem areas, recommended course of action to remediate any mould, and lab results

A remediation inspection consists of:

· Surface and air sampling performed in the previously affected areas after mould remediation has been completed. Sampling quantities will vary depending on the scope of remediation and conditions
· A written report including lab results
