Tarion Warranty Inspections

New home warranty (Tarion) inspections are performed just before the one year builders warranty is about the expire. This type of inspection is similar to our other services, however emphasis is placed on construction issues that may have arised during the first year of ownership. A detailed report noting any issues is delivered to the client which is a useful tool to help fill out your warranty forms for submission to Tarion. Clients can also choose to upgrade their inspection to include an infrared thermal imaging scan.
