A PDI (Pre-Deilvery Inspection) is performed on a newly built home prior to delivery to it's new owners. The inspection process is similar to a Pre-Purchase inspection and helps the clients review defects with the builder before they take delivery of the home. Any defects found during the inspection can be rectified before occupance, reducing the chance of disturbing the new occupants after they take ownership of the home. Clients can also choose to upgrade their inspection to include an infrared thermal imaging scan.
